Eric
Glustrom: The founder and Executive Director of
Educate!, Eric graduated from Amherst College in 2007.
He went to Kyangwali Refugee Camp in Uganda in 2002,
where he was inspired to start Educate! after meeting
Benson Olivier, one of Educate!’s first sponsored
students.
He
is now living in Boston working on a full time volunteer
basis to develop and expand the organization.

Boris
Bulayev: Also a 2007 alumni of Amherst College,
Boris helps run Educate! with Eric in his free time.
He is spearheading the development of Educate!’s
new leadership programs and focuses on the strategic
direction of the organization. During his 07 trip
to Uganda, he made connections with countless individuals
in the government, non-governmental organizations,
and schools, which have helped push forward the organization.
Boris
grew up in San Francisco, California and is currently
an associate at Loeb Enterprises in New York.

John
McDermott: A graduate of Amherst College, John
is a long-time professor at Moravian College and ardent
supporter of Educate!. John gives constant advice
and support to Eric and Boris and provides valuable
direction for the organization. John and his wife
Emily reside in Amherst, Massachusetts.
